I’ve carefully curated this house manual to include everything you need to know about during your visit. Please look over this prior to your arrival. CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. That’s because before you arrive, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins, however we do make exceptions whenever possible if arranged beforehand. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PARKING This is a standalone unit; therefore, you will be the only guests on the premises during your stay. There is sufficient parking in the driveway.

ENTERING THE PROPERTY Enter the front door from off the porch. A coded lock will be on the front door deadbolt.

HOUSE RULES ● We do not allow parties in the home. ● Pets are allowed. •Please do not enter bedrooms that will not be used during your stay. We want to keep them clean for the next guests. ● No smoking ● No illegal substances are allowed. ● No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ● No candles or other open flames. ● Please turn off most of the lights when you leave. Leave a few lights on. ● Please take off your shoes when inside the home. ● Please be sure to put all trash in the barrel in the garage at the end of the wheelchair ramp. ● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property. ● Please only throw toilet paper in the toilet; there is a trash can beside it for everything else. ● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

LINENS If you need any additional towels or sheets during your stay, feel free to use the washer and dryer whenever needed. ● Bath Towels: You can find plenty of bath towels in the bathrooms. ● Sheets: There are extra sheets and linens in the closets or drawers for that specific bed. ● Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels are in a drawer in the kitchen.

TV • Smart TV • Washer and dryer: Feel free to use the washer and dryer. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

CONTACT DETAILS Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or requests via messaging. DEPARTURE • Please make sure the dishes are cleaned before you leave. •Please put a load of towels and washcloths in the washer and start it. Then please put all remaining wet towels and wash clothes in the clothes hamper in the laundry room before you leave. DO NOT PUT THEM ON BEDS! • Please strip the beds that were used and put the sheets on a pile on the beds. • When you leave, please make sure the temp is set at 68 degrees in the winter and 72 in the summer.
