The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfectly suited for younger children with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a convenient trundle bed, all adorned with lovely quilted seafoam green spreads.

The open floor plan is highlighted by custom flooring throughout and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a Keurig and a regular drip maker available. Dining options are plentiful, with a beautiful wood dining table with rattan chairs for six and four tall chairs at the breakfast bar. For outdoor enjoyment, the private balcony features a tile mosaic round four-top dining table with scroll back chairs and an electric grill, allowing you to dine with a view.
