The primary suite opens onto a peaceful screened-in back porch where you can savor morning coffee while enjoying the island's natural landscape. Upstairs, you'll discover a fun bunk room and a third spacious bedroom, plus a large full bathroom providing ample space for families or groups.

The open floor plan creates an ideal entertaining space with a large living room offering seating for eight, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. A convenient half bath on the main level adds extra convenience for guests. Recent updates include fresh exterior paint, new carpet upstairs, and new screens added in 2025, ensuring your stay feels fresh and well-maintained.

Free parking accommodates up to 4 passenger cars both underneath the house and in the driveway.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with checkout at 10:00 AM. Please note the 7-day minimum stay requirement, and primary renter must be over 25 years old and present during the entire stay. No parties or events are permitted, and occupancy limits must be observed. Pets are welcome. No trailers, campers, or boats may be parked on the property. Additional charges include cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver.
