This lobby features a very large sitting area and a sweeping plate glass window providing a very pretty view of the bridge and the entrance to the island, making the space especially handy for older guests or those with accessibility needs.

The interior is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring a master bedroom with a King bed and private balcony access, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area for additional guests.

While the unit is a haven of its own, guests enjoy access to an impressive array of property-wide facilities:

• Indoor pool with hot tub and an outdoor pool
• Fitness center, steam room, and dry sauna

Please note that renters must be at least 25 years old. There is no parking provided for recreational vehicles or boats. Additional charges apply, including a cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, a non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, a $75 guest registration fee, and optional travel insurance. All linens are provided to ensure a seamless arrival.
