The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, complete with a private bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen bed, twin trundle, and additional twin bed, also featuring its own private bathroom and flat screen TV.

The main level showcases an open floor plan connecting the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances including a Keurig/drip combo coffee maker, air fryer, instant-pot, new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and all cooking basics. A convenient half bathroom and washer/dryer complete the main level amenities. Step through sliding glass doors from the living room onto your private deck - perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

Sandcastle Community features two pools with covered cabanas and direct boardwalk access to the beach. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with 10:00 AM checkout. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. Additional charges include cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver. Saturday to Saturday reservations are preferred during peak summer season. All linens provided for your convenience.
