To ensure a comfortable stay for the youngest travelers, a pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.

While the home is just five minutes from downtown Mobile and a 45-minute drive south to the scenic Dauphin Island, driving is recommended for exploring the city, though Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but require a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned from the yard. Additional cleaning fees apply for excess pet hair or stains.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited. A $500 charge applies for cigarettes, vapes, or e-cigs; marijuana use may result in a $500 fee and reporting to authorities.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the residential neighborhood.
• Other Rules: No parties or events without prior approval. Guests are responsible for all damages and must bag all trash in provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.

Note: This apartment is located on the second floor, and guests have mentioned that the stairs to access unit #4 may be a little steep. We would love to host you for a memorable stay in Mobile!
