Welcome to our inviting 4-bedroom home in Mobile, Alabama, designed to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Whether you are visiting for university business or a family getaway, you will find spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensuring a relaxing stay.

The home features a thoughtful layout designed for group harmony. Upon entering via the digital keypad, you are greeted by a living room to the right—complete with a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV—and a dining room to the left. The sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms: one with a full bed, a second featuring two full beds, a third with one full bed and an attached half bathroom, and a fourth bedroom featuring a queen bed. The home is served by two full bathrooms, including one with a shower/tub combination and another with a stand-up shower.

For those who love to cook, the fully-equipped kitchen is a highlight, boasting stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, dinnerware, and a large farm table with benches and chairs to provide ample eating space. Practical needs are met with a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. Outside, guests can enjoy the fresh air with a grill and firepit available for use. A pack 'n play or travel crib is also available upon request for families.

Located in a quiet residential area, this home provides easy access to the best of Mobile. You are just one mile and minutes away from the University of South Alabama, as well as local groceries and dining options, and only twenty minutes from the heart of downtown. While Uber and Lyft are available, driving is encouraged for the best experience.

• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when unattended, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and all yard waste must be cleaned up.
• House Rules: No smoking (including vapes and marijuana) is permitted in or around the home; violations incur a $500 charge. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Trash: Please bag all trash in provided bins to avoid a $100 removal fee.
