Designed for comfort and togetherness, the interior features a split floor plan with tall ceilings in the living area that create an airy, spacious feel. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to a separate dining area and a well-stocked kitchen, making it the perfect hub for preparing home-cooked meals and gathering for dinner.

The home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed and a flat-screen television, while the attached bathroom offers a double vanity and a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom provides a queen-sized bed and its own flat-screen television. For additional guests, the third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk and a television, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa is available in the living area for maximum flexibility.

Outside, the property is designed for the outdoor enthusiast. You can tie your boat up in the protected canal and utilize the dedicated fish cleaning table for the day's catch. Enjoy the sunshine on the open and covered decks, or retreat underneath the home to catch the nice breezes while relaxing on the swing in the picnic area.
