Long-term stays exceeding 30 days require separate lease agreements through Home Base Rentals and incur a $225 cleaning fee. No check-in or check-out is available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. Parties and disrespectful behavior are prohibited to maintain the quality experience for all guests.
