The cottage is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms: one furnished with a queen bed and another featuring two twin XL beds. For additional guests, the living area includes a bonus full-sized sectional sleeper sofa. The home is completed by one beautifully designed bathroom featuring a tile stand-up shower.
Inside, you will find a space designed specifically with relaxation in mind. The entryway opens into a tastefully decorated sunroom with new luxury vinyl flooring, a counter-height dining table, laundry facilities, and ample storage for your gear. The conversational and inviting living room is equipped with relaxing furniture, a variety of books, board games, and a large smart TV.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can enjoy a propane grill for cookouts, a hammock, or a cozy night around the fire pit. A wood shed out back provides pudgie pie makers, s'more sticks, pokers, life jackets, swimming gear, and bag boards. Kayaks and a canoe are also available for your use. Since the property is within walking distance to the water, it is easy to head to the lake entrance by Waubee Lodge for fishing or swimming.
