The location is truly ideal, situated less than a five-minute drive north of downtown Appleton and the Lawrence University campus. Guests are also just 5 minutes from the mall, 20 minutes from Oshkosh, and 35 minutes from Green Bay. For outdoor recreation, a nice school play area is around the corner and tennis courts are just a stone's throw away. You will have full access to the house and the fenced-in backyard.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 cars, with daytime street parking available (overnight street parking is seasonal and requires city notification).

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home; violations will result in a $250 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed. We ask that you remove your shoes upon entering and treat the home with respect. While dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats and other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be fully housebroken, kept off all furniture and beds, and cleaned up after outside. Please note that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and must not be used due to its age and inefficiency.
