The main level features two bedrooms each with a king bed, a full bath, a living room with a Smart TV, a kitchen and dining area with seating for 10, and a walkout upper deck. The lower level houses the master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second lower-level bedroom containing one twin bed, one bunk bed, and one pull-out twin, an additional full bathroom, and a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace and Smart TV.

Outdoor luxury is a hallmark of this property. Guests can enjoy the private 1-slip covered dock, which includes a swim ladder for easy lake access and cleats for those bringing their own boat. Two kayaks are provided for exploring the lake. The exterior also features a walkout patio with a charcoal grill, various decking areas for sunset views, and a fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars.

Located immediately next door to the Egyptian Hills Resort and Marina, you are steps away from dining, drinks, an inflatable swim park, and weekend entertainment.
