This inviting cabin is designed for relaxation and adventure, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are versatile to accommodate up to 6 guests: the master bedroom features a full-size bed, the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, and the living room includes a couch suitable for an additional guest. The interior is thoughtfully laid out with an open concept, including a fully stocked kitchen and a living room complete with a TV and a cozy electric fireplace.

One of the standout features is the new screened-in porch, added in November 2024, which comes equipped with dining furniture and a sitting area providing a stunning view overlooking the lake. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the waterfront access and the ability to enjoy sunsets on Trout Lake from the fire pit, where firewood is provided. For those looking to explore the water, guests have access to the dock and can utilize available canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats.

Located in a paradise for nature lovers, the property connects directly to the North Trout Nature Trails. The surrounding Boulder Junction area boasts over 190 lakes, 14 miles of biking and hiking trails, and proximity to the pristine Northern Highlands State Park. Whether you are here to fish the best Musky lake in the area, attend the annual Musky Day Jamboree, or simply enjoy the warmth of a campfire on a cool summer evening, Ferns provides the perfect home base.
