Pets are not permitted unless express permission is granted by the owner. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and parties or gatherings are not allowed; any guests not included in the reservation will result in a $25 fee per person and possible termination of the stay. A $300 fee applies for smoking violations. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM.
