Designed for comfort and convenience, the townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the home to ensure everyone has a relaxing stay: the upper-level bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, while the lower level contains one bedroom with a Queen bed and another with a Full bed. For additional guests, the living room includes a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa.

This home is designed for relaxation and adventure. After a day on the slopes, you can unwind in your own private in-unit sauna or cozy up beside the warm gas fireplace. For those seeking wellness and recreation, guests have access to a fitness center as well as indoor and seasonal outdoor pools and a hot tub.

Beyond the front door, you are perfectly positioned for year-round exploration. In the winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access to Lutsen Mountains.
