Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Entry is seamless via a door code provided 48 hours prior to arrival. One designated parking space is included, with additional resort parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets: This unit is pet-friendly and welcomes one dog. The pet must be disclosed at the time of booking and included under guests. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies.
• Rental Agreement: A short registration and Escape VRM Rental Agreement must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.
• Cancellations: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
• Important Notes: Resort amenities (pools, hot tubs) are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to mountain operations and weather conditions. Refunds are not provided for weather or environmental disruptions; travel insurance is strongly recommended.
