About Property

Discover the perfect coastal getaway at Casa Vista Mare A, a brand-new beach house located just a quiet street away from the Mississippi Sound in Gulfport. Imagine a morning where it takes only three minutes to go from your coffee on the back porch to your toes in the sand, enjoying a sunrise over the pier before the world wakes up.

This spacious retreat is designed for groups to actually spread out, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total capacity for 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to ensure everyone has their own corner at night: one bedroom offers a King bed and a walk-in closet, two bedrooms feature Queen beds with TVs, and the fourth provides a Twin-over-full bunk also equipped with a TV. Both bathrooms include walk-in showers, with one boasting a double vanity and a tub specifically for the children.

While the structured amenities list is currently minimal, the home's layout is designed for seamless group living. The downstairs area serves as the heart of the home, where the living room features a deep sectional and a 55" HDTV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Max, Prime, and Apple TV. The kitchen is genuinely stocked for those who love to cook, featuring a full-size fridge, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker, along with real dishes and wine glasses. The dining area comfortably seats six at the table and two more on barstools at the island. Outside, the covered porch and fully fenced backyard provide a secure space for children to run, complemented by a gas grill and an outdoor mini fridge.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, you are just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Local attractions are within easy reach: Great Southern Golf Club is 1.5 miles away, Edgewater Mall is 3.2 miles, and the Island View Casino Resort and Treasure Bay Casino are within 5 miles. The Mississippi Aquarium, Gulfport Harbor, and Gulf Islands Waterpark are all roughly 10 minutes away, while the Gulfport-Biloxi Airport is about 15 minutes from the property.

Practical details include a contactless check-in via smart lock starting at 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Parking is free and off-street, with an on-site garage and driveway space available. Please note that pets are not allowed. Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to respect the neighborhood; noise complaints result in a $500 fee passed to the guest. The home is limited to 8 guests with no parties, events, or unregistered visitors allowed. Exterior security cameras are present for safety.

Whether you come for the casinos and golf or the quiet rhythm of the coast, Casa Vista Mare A is a place where nobody wants to leave.
