This spacious townhome features a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a king size mattress and its own private balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the views. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen pullout sofa, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests. The property is served by 1 bathroom (consisting of one full bath and one half bath).

Inside, you will find high-end finishes including gorgeous granite countertops and luxury tile wood floors. The interior is outfitted with all new furniture, a desk for workspace, and a full size stocked kitchen. For entertainment and connectivity, the home is equipped with an HDTV and WiFi. Outdoor living is a highlight here, featuring a spacious back patio for grilling and a fenced-in backyard area for added privacy.

For those visiting with family, the local aquarium and children's museum are also conveniently located nearby.

Practical details for your stay include a self check-in process via a keypad on the front door, with the code provided on the day of arrival once the home is ready. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, though early entry is permitted if the home is clean. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you pile all dirty sheets and towels on the floor in their respective rooms. Please note that pets are not allowed. Trash pickup occurs on Tuesday and Friday mornings; please pull the large green can to the end of the driveway if it needs to be emptied.
