• Pet Policy: We are strictly dog-friendly only. A non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation is charged manually after booking to cover additional cleaning costs. Failure to honor the dog-only policy results in a $200 fine.
• Smoking: There is a strict NO SMOKING policy; smoking inside will result in a $250 fine.
• Additional Fees: Stays exceeding 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee. Unapproved late check-outs carry a $50 fine.
• Lost Items: A $25 processing fee plus shipping costs applies to any items recovered and sent back to guests.
