Located in a 14-unit building, this apartment is shared with a mix of long-term and short-term residents. Guests have private use of the apartment and shared access to common entries, hallways, and the basement laundry. Please note that exterior and hallway rehabilitation is currently in progress, and occasional sounds from neighbors or the laundry area may be present. For security, exterior cameras monitor outdoor entry areas only; no cameras are located inside the unit.

• Pets: Dogs only. A non-refundable $100 pet fee per reservation is added manually after booking. Violating the dog-only policy may result in a $200 charge.
• Smoking: Strictly no smoking indoors; violations may result in a $250 charge.
• Additional Fees: Unauthorized late checkout is $50. Stays longer than 21 nights require a $50 long-stay cleaning fee. Returned items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
