Location & Neighborhood Located on the south edge of Bloomington, the property is situated on five acres featuring a small walnut grove and a creek at the back. It is a quiet rural setting just 5 minutes from State Farm, 8 minutes from downtown Bloomington, 10 minutes from the US Cellular Coliseum, and 15 minutes from Rivian and ISU.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The studio offers step-free access with a 32" door and parking for two vehicles directly in front. Guests are welcome to explore the grounds, though the main house, pool area, and shop building are restricted. Please note that two friendly dogs live on the property and may have access to the grounds. Security cameras are located at the front of the buildings viewing the driveway and entrances. A separate renters agreement is required for each booking. Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival receive a full refund; no refunds are issued within 10 days of arrival.
