Guests should note that the property is a beautifully remodeled 1969 historic home, so some creaky floors exist on the second level. The entrance lane can be steep and may be challenging for rear-wheel-drive vehicles during ice or snow. For security, a camera monitors the driveway and exterior areas, and environmental sensors (noise/smoke) are used inside.
