Designed for groups and outdoor enthusiasts, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the second floor hosts a King bed, a Queen bed, and a unique sleeping area in the three-season sunroom featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds. On the main level, guests will find a comfortable Queen bed, while additional sleeping flexibility is provided by twin beds in the second-level hallway and a twin bed on the main floor.

The interior is centered around an open-concept main level that combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas for easy entertaining. Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine fireside at the six-person table. The living room is perfect for unwinding with a movie on the smart TV, while the gorgeous three-season sunroom offers panoramic lake views. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi make it an ideal work-from-lake setup.

Step outside to experience the heart of the Northwoods. Just 200 feet from the house (across the road) is a large L-shaped dock with a boat lift, perfect for swimming and boating. Located in the heart of adventure, the property is right on the trails for UTV and snowmobile enthusiasts and is just minutes from boat launches and shops in Arbor Vitae and Minocqua. Big Arbor Vitae Lake is a fisherman's paradise, known for Musky, Walleye, and Largemouth Bass.
