HOUSE RULES

GUEST INFORMATION & ID - The State of Wisconsin requires that all guests supply their true name, address, and contact info. This is verified via a copy of a valid driver's license on the pre-stay form you will receive. Wisconsin Statute ATCP 72.16 prohibits lodging establishments from providing access unless this information is received. Please note that the security of guests' information is our highest priority. Information is safeguarded by our office and is only used internally and never sold.

PETS *No pets are allowed unless agreed to in advance and the full pet deposit has been paid prior to arrival. *Undisclosed pets at the property are subject to a $200 penalty plus the pet fee. *Any authorized pets must be cleaned up after daily and at the end of the guest's stay. Pet waste must be bagged, sealed, and disposed of in the trash receptacle. *There is a $50 charge for not cleaning up the yard at the end of your stay. *Pets should remain off of furniture and beds to minimize damage and cleaning of pet hair between guests. *Pets must be on leashes (physical or electronic) whenever outside the house during your stay. *Any pets left unattended at the property must be crated when gone. *Pets must not bark excessively or disturb neighbors *Any accidents in the house must be cleaned up immediately and disclosed to management so we can have the carpets cleaned between guests.

SMOKING - No smoking (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarette or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors), parties, or events

CHECK-IN - Anytime after 4 PM on the day of arrival. You self check-in with the keypad code

CHECK-OUT - Anytime before 10 AM on the day of departure. Self-check-out with the keypad.

GUESTS - Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.

GUEST AGE - Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult

FOOD/DRINKS - Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms

AIR CONDITIONING - Please turn off AC when you go out and at the end of your stay.

FURNITURE - Please take care of furnishings and we ask that you do not rearrange or move around furniture during your stay.

DISHES - Prior to check out, it is very much appreciated (should time allow) that you please load dishes into the dishwasher and start it.

TRASH - Trash should not be left in the house and should be placed in the trash receptacles.

CARPETS – We kindly ask that you have no outdoor shoes on the carpet.

MAKE-UP - Please do not use towels or wash clothes to remove makeup as they stain. Please bring make-up removal wipes with you during your stay.

BIKES – No bikes in the house, please store them in the garage (if available) or secured to your vehicle when not in use.

QUIET HOURS – Most all our properties are in residential neighborhoods. Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10 PM & 8 AM

NO EVENTS - This property does not allow any parties, events or gatherings to avoid wear on the property and disturbances to neighbors.

LIFE VESTS - If your property has life vests supplied, PLEASE use them when on or near the water. Additionally, please allow them to fully dry outside prior to hanging them back up in the house.

KAYAKS/PADDLEBOARDS - If your property has these supplied, these items are use at your own risk. If you are unfamiliar with the body or water or condition of the river, contact host for additional information and assistance. We ask that you put them back on the racks and the paddles stored where you found them at the end of your stay.
