The sleeping arrangements include a master suite featuring a regal four-poster king size bed, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with full size beds. For additional guests, a Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

This clean and spacious 2,000 square foot residence boasts a modern kitchen equipped with high-end details, including a Subzero refrigerator and freezer, a Wolf stovetop, two Viking ranges, and a dedicated icemaker. The highlight of the home is the expansive covered deck, which serves as an outdoor oasis with 4 cozy recliners, two grills, a mounted TV, and a woodburning fireplace for chilly evenings.

Set in an extremely quiet and beautiful area, the property is just 13 miles from Jackson Ave in Oxford. Guests can enjoy a short 3-minute walk to a semi-private Sardis Lake beach. To reach the beach while respecting neighbors, guests are encouraged to walk out the driveway, turn left toward the cul-de-sac, and follow the pathway to the left of the weathered wood house with the green metal roof. Please avoid using the private asphalt driveway at the end of the road.
