Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features a thoughtful layout across its levels. The main floor hosts one queen bedroom, the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. Moving upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms each equipped with a full bed, along with a convenient half bathroom. This configuration comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

While the home is designed for utility and charm, the interior is highlighted by relaxing room-specific details, including a gas fireplace for chilly evenings, a jacuzzi tub, and an extra large sauna shower. Step outside to find a small front porch and a large back deck fully equipped for entertaining with a charcoal grill, a Big Green Egg, a gas fire pit, and plenty of seating. As a special seasonal bonus, guests visiting during late summer or autumn can enjoy the several mature apple trees located on the property.

Situated in a prime location for outdoor enthusiasts, the property is just two to three blocks from the Big Powderhorn Resort and lifts. It is also a very short drive to Copper Peak and the breathtaking Black River Waterfalls, making it an ideal base for exploration.

Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly; all pets (including service animals) must be disclosed at booking to include the pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee and potential termination of the stay.
• Smoking: No smoking of any kind inside. Please use provided ashtrays and butt cans outside; do not throw cigarettes into the yard.
• Quiet Hours: Outside quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Restrictions: No fireworks, no moving of furniture, and guests are asked to wash all used dishes.
• Climate Control: This home does not have central A/C, though cooling units are provided throughout the space.
• Access: Guests have full access to the home, excluding the attic/upper-most floor, which is reserved for the owner and accessible only by ladder.
