The space is defined by its cathedral ceiling and eight large windows that frame a breathtaking 180-degree view of Lake Superior. The interior is thoughtfully curated with organic mattresses and linens, plush rugs, chunky throws, and a modern propane Jotul stove perfect for snuggling up during a snowfall.

Inside, you will find a beautiful kitchenette equipped for light meals, featuring an under-the-counter fridge, a two-burner induction cooktop, and a coffee maker. The spacious bathroom is truly spa-like, boasting cedar wood paneling and a white vessel sink. For entertainment, the cabin includes a smart TV and a classic record player.

EXHIBIT C - PROPERTY RULES: TRANQUILO CABIN
1. Read and Acknowledge ALL items under "Other things to note" in profile and Rental Agreement (direct link to it will be sent after booking. Guest has 48 hours to read and agree or to cancel the reservation for a full refund).
2. Do not place hot items directly on the kitchen counter;
1. Do not use knives to cut directly on kitchen countertop.
2. NO shoes inside the cabin.
3. NO smoking: Any odor inside the cabin will result in a $500 fee.
4. Speed limit on the driveway is 5MPH.
5. NO events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
6. Charcoal grill must be moved AT LEAST 6 feet away from the cabin and never left unattended while in use.
7. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
8. Septic: The property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.
9. NO commercial photography and filming allowed.
10. Sauna: Before entering the sauna, all guests must read all of the sauna instructions and rules on the Sauna webpage and use the sauna at their own risk. Agua Norte assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the sauna.
