The main floor houses all 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, along with one full bathroom and a relaxing ensuite electric sauna. Ascending to the second floor via a spiral staircase, you will find the heart of the home: a cozy living room, a dining area, a newly updated kitchen, and a second full bathroom. This upper level also provides access to the back deck, where you can share a meal while enjoying views of the Powderhorn Ski Hill.

• Pets: This is not a pet-friendly property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee and potential immediate termination of the stay.
• Access Note: The only way to reach the second story is via a spiral staircase.
• Security: A camera is located at the front of the house facing the property sign to monitor snowfall via snow markers.
