This memorable vessel captures the heart of the river and, while she may be a little tiny, she is certainly a big catch for those seeking a retro waterfront escape.

Designed for a maximum of two guests, the interior layout is intimate and inviting. The sleeping arrangements feature one bedroom with a cozy twin bed, complemented by a futon in the living area, providing flexible options for your stay. The onboard bathroom includes a sink and toilet; please note there is no shower inside the boat. For your convenience, guests have access to modern, state-of-the-art bath houses located within walking distance at the Harbor Store.

Step back in time with a retro feel throughout the space, featuring games and a record player complete with vintage 1960s albums. While a wood stove adds a touch of rustic ambiance to the decor, please note it is not for use. The houseboat is equipped with essential conveniences including a microwave, hot plate, air fryer, grill, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, and fridge/freezer. All necessary linens, towels, blankets, and kitchenware are provided to ensure a comfortable visit.

Location and adventure are at your doorstep. Guests can fish directly from the docks or bring their own boat for a complimentary slip. The beach and lake are within easy walking distance, and guests can enjoy complimentary kayak rentals at the lake. For those looking to expand their water adventures, Island City Harbor also offers rentals for pontoons, paddle boards, canoes, and pedal boats.
