This inviting first-floor retreat is perfectly positioned at the back of the building to the left, offering a quiet escape for guests seeking a relaxing atmosphere.

The room is thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring one bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom. For your entertainment, the space includes a 44" TV, and for your convenience, the room features doors that open directly onto a private balcony. From this secluded vantage point, you can enjoy views overlooking the lake and pool at the back of the house.

As part of a larger 10-bedroom bed and breakfast, guests have access to a shared downstairs common room. This social space is available to all guests and features a coffee bar, TV, and various games to play. The common room also opens to the outside, providing easy access to the lake and pool areas. Within this shared space, you will find a shared fridge, a coffee maker, and an ice machine; please note that there is no microwave available on the property.

For a delicious dining experience, the Magnolia Bend Grille steakhouse is located right next door on the property. Additionally, a basic continental breakfast is offered next door from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with the cost already included in your room fee.

To ensure a seamless arrival, this is a self-service inn with a strict self check-in process. There is no front desk and no staff on property during check-in. Each guest is provided with a unique door lock code that changes for every new arrival to ensure security.
