This elegant, cozy upstairs suite is designed for two guests, featuring one bedroom with a plush queen bed outfitted in 100% cotton linens and a Serta mattress for a restful night. The layout includes one well-appointed ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Guests can step through French doors onto a private balcony that overlooks a saltwater pool and lush gardens, providing a serene vantage point of the property.

While the suite offers a private sanctuary, guests enjoy access to an array of shared communal spaces. The historic home features a spacious living and dining area, as well as a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and a variety of coffee makers. The outdoor experience is exceptional, centered around a private, heated 16,000-gallon saltwater pool surrounded by tropical gardens on a fenced lot. The outdoor pool house is a highlight, boasting its own Smart TV, bathroom with shower, bar, seating areas, and a barbecue grill stove. Additional outdoor amenities include a gas fireplace, sun loungers, a New Orleans park bench, and an outdoor sofa.

Located on Esplanade Ridge, the property is situated in a safe, historic neighborhood approximately one mile from the French Quarter and close to everything NOLA has to offer.

Practical details for your stay include check-in from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Complimentary safe parking (both on-site and street) and free luggage drop are provided. Please note that pets are not allowed. While smoking is permitted around the exterior of the property, it is strictly forbidden inside the house. We invite you to enjoy a bit of lagniappe during your visit, including complimentary spring water, fresh coffee, and poolside alcoholic beverages.
