To ensure a restful atmosphere, the room is outfitted with curated antiques, comfortable Serta mattresses with 100% cotton linens, and large windows equipped with blackout drapes.

While the suite provides a private sanctuary, guests enjoy access to a wealth of shared common spaces. This includes a spacious living and dining area and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and various coffee makers. The property is set on a 6,100 sq. ft. fenced lot, featuring a Southern-style front porch and lush tropical gardens that surround a private, heated 16,000-gallon saltwater pool. For additional leisure, the outdoor pool house is equipped with a Smart TV, bar, seating areas, soundbar, darts, and a barbecue grill stove.

Located on Esplanade Ridge in a historic neighborhood, the property is situated about one mile from the French Quarter and is surrounded by the best of NOLA.
