Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, and two full beds, with a queen air mattress available for additional guests. The interior is built for gathering, boasting a large family room equipped with three sofas, two recliners, a 55" TV, and a sound system, ideal for movie nights. The open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the dining area provides seating for up to eight people. For added comfort, select bedrooms include smart TVs, desks, and ceiling fans.

Step outside to enjoy the tranquil surroundings with two separate outdoor seating areas and a cozy fire pit, perfect for evening conversations and stargazing. Guests can also enjoy a BBQ grill for outdoor dining.

Located just a few miles from the Kickapoo River, the property is ideally positioned for canoeing and kayaking through scenic limestone bluffs. You are also a short drive from Wildcat Mountain State Park and the Kickapoo Valley Reserve, where miles of hiking trails invite you to explore the unique landscape of the region. Please note that the nearest grocery stores and gas stations are approximately 20 minutes away.

• Parking: Available in the gravel driveway to the left of the house; please do not park on the grass
• Entry: Keypad access
• House Rules: Strict no-parties/noise violation policy; fine of $200 for unauthorized gatherings or property damage
• Restrictions: Do not enter outbuildings or walk through wooded areas; guests must stay within front and backyard spaces
• Property Note: The pond across the road is not part of the property; swimming and fishing there are prohibited
• Additional Fees: Extra charges apply for guests 11 and 12; firewood is available via the honor system for $6 per bundle
