Designed for relaxation and versatility, the home features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed located in the peaceful sleeping loft and a convenient pull out sofa in the living room area.

While these homes are petite in size, they are big on features. Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen including a cook top, fridge, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils to feel right at home. The living space is complemented by Heat/AC to ensure year-round comfort. Step outside to find your own private picnic area and a private hot tub available for your use throughout the year.

Nestled within the Riverview RV Park, guests enjoy exclusive access to a stunning riverfront experience. This includes a boat ramp, boat docks, and a sprawling 5-acre shoreline perfect for fishing. Additional park amenities available to guests include WIFI, a bath house, a fish cleaning station, a park pavilion, and a children's playground. For those wishing to enjoy a campfire, firewood for your fire-pit can be purchased on site.

Located in beautiful Bellevue, Iowa, this property is a pet-friendly retreat where you can relax with loved ones while enjoying picturesque surroundings. Please note that a one-time pet fee will be applied for guests bringing pets.

Note: In the event of a known flood, the tiny home will be moved to higher ground within the park. In the case of a major flood event, guests will be notified in advance with the option to re-book up to one year from the arrival date. There is no threat of flash flooding.
