Stays exceeding 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A starter pack of basic toiletries and paper products is provided, but guests are asked to purchase additional supplies for extended stays. Items left behind will incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
