The home is thoughtfully arranged with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are conveniently located on the main floor. For a truly unique experience, climb the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom, which offers a stunning vantage point overlooking the lake.

Designed for gathering, the interior features a fully stocked kitchen with an open layout that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. Outside, the property opens up to a breathtaking 6-acre lake, providing everything required for unforgettable lake fun. Guests have access to a paddle and jon boat, as well as a kayak. The lake is stocked and ready for a day of catch and release fishing, though guests are asked to bring their own fishing gear.

This lakehouse is situated on a private, working farm, offering a genuine rural atmosphere. The owners reside just down the road, and you may occasionally see their grandkids enjoying the water or assisting with farm chores. Please be aware that the lake is shared by two other homes, so other guests may be enjoying the waterfront on occasion.

• Guest Capacity: Up to 12 guests
• Bedding: While the physical bed space sleeps 8, there is additional room in the living room and loft for extra guests. Please bring your own air mattress or cot for these additional visitors. A charge of $20 per guest per night applies for those beyond the initial bed capacity.
