Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Please note that pets are not permitted and there is a strict no-smoking policy indoors (violations may incur a $250 fee). A one-time damage-protection fee covers up to $500 in accidental damage. Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $50 long-term cleaning fee. Approved early check-in is $15 per hour and approved late check-out is $20 per hour, subject to availability; unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $50 fee. Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Note that the upper deck is not accessible, and swimming in the lakes is at your own risk as no lifeguards are on duty.
