The heart of the condo is a freshly updated, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The modern kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner glass-top stove, apartment-sized fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and a coffee maker. Guests can enjoy the comfy living room furniture or step outside onto the private, spacious double-sized balcony—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails overlooking the lake and beach. Additional interior details include a non-working ornamental fireplace and updated fixtures throughout. Please note that while a loft is visible in photos, it is unavailable for guest use due to fire code restrictions.

Located in the heart of a very walkable city, you are just a couple of blocks from Bayfield's myriad charming shops and restaurants. The property is a perfect jumping-off point for the greater Chequamegon Bay area, with the Madeline Island Ferry, BART bus, and Big Top Chautauqua shuttles all accessible on foot. You are also less than a 15-minute drive from Mt. Ashwabay ski hill, hiking trails, and local beaches. One of the most wonderful features of the property is the adjacent community garden, a "secret garden" setting perfect for reading and enjoying gorgeous flowers.

• Guest Conduct: Please be mindful that sound and vibration travel easily in this building; keep voices and TV levels low and walk softly on the stairs and inside the unit.
