About Property

Discover your dream getaway to Lake Superior’s South Shore at Lupine Landing, Cornucopia’s most charming tiny home. This 500 square foot cottage, complemented by a four-season porch, may be small in size, but it offers stunning Lake Superior views and a heart that is far larger than its footprint.

Designed for comfort and efficiency, the home features 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The first bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed; both rooms feature brand new memory foam mattresses, charging stations, ceiling fans, and ample storage for your belongings, with windows looking out into the peaceful gardens and woods. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, featuring a large shower, a single vanity, and a generous medicine closet for your toiletries.

Inside the main cottage, vaulted ceilings and an open plan layout create a spacious feel. The living area invites you to relax in a comfy swivel chair or on the full-size couch, both positioned to enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace and vistas of the lake. The functional kitchen is fully-outfitted with every appliance—including a popcorn maker—and the cutest little refrigerator you've ever seen. A light-filled four-season porch serves as the perfect sanctuary for morning coffee or evening drinks, allowing you to gaze at the lake in comfort regardless of the weather. This cozy space also includes a fine assortment of games for rainy days.

Lupine Landing is situated on Spirit Point in Cornucopia, a teeny peninsula extending into Siskiwit Bay and Lake Superior. Set on a nearly two-acre parcel, the property is surrounded by lush greenery. While there is no direct beach access from the home, it is a short walk or drive to Cornucopia Beach and Meyers Beach, and serves as an ideal midpoint for exploring the South Shore communities of Herbster, Port Wing, Bayfield, Washburn, and Ashland.
