This allowance is limited to a maximum of $200 per rental unit per booking. The allowance will not apply to non working items due to a local area power or utility outage that is not related to the functionality of the appliance listed above.

What is Not Covered? Internet/Cable outages, Televisions, VCR & DVD Players, Light bulbs or fans, Power Outages, Gas Grills, Coffee makers & other small kitchen appliances, Empty Gas Grill Propane Tanks

We ask that your dogs be supervised when at the cabin and crated when you are not (One large crate is available at the cabin). Also, it should not need to be said (but unfortunately needs to be, as we have had guests leave enough surprises for us), but PLEASE pick up after your dogs!! It is NOT the responsibility of our cleaners. Sorry, no cats, please.

Please note, due to strict condo association rules snowmobiles and ATV's are not allowed to be operated on this property.
