About Property

Discover the ultimate escape of beauty, serenity, and privacy at Bark Point Perch, an adorable cabin perfectly positioned on the lakefront of Lake Superior's South Shore in Herbster, Wisconsin. This home seamlessly blends modern style and conveniences with the authentic rustic charm that defines the region.

Designed for relaxation and versatility, the home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The downstairs bedroom offers serene views of the lake and a queen bed, with direct access to a spacious bathroom featuring both a shower and a tub. The upstairs loft provides a configurable sleeping arrangement with two twin beds that can be separated or joined to create a king-size bed. This upper level also includes a cozy reading nook and a dedicated desk area for those needing a quiet workspace.

The heart of the cabin is a spacious open-plan great room combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas, all framing stunning views of the water. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with cookware, bakeware, a wide array of spices, teas, and fresh-roasted local coffee beans. In the living area, a crazy-comfy sectional surrounds a gas-powered "wood" stove, and the dining area can seat up to 6 people.

Step outside to a deck that wraps around three-quarters of the cabin, providing an ideal spot for al fresco meals or sunset wine. The property is nestled on nearly 3 acres of wooded land, offering a secluded feeling of getting away from it all with unobstructed lakefront views from both inside and out.

Located in Herbster, the cabin serves as a perfect jumping-off point for the area's best hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Bark Point also connects to the county's ATV and snowmobile trail systems, and the highly-regarded Herbster Beach is just a short drive away.
