Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the layout is thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels. The main floor features a private bedroom with a king bed, while the second level includes a semi-private bedroom with a queen bed and a loft area containing two queen size beds. For additional flexibility, the living room couch on the main floor pulls out into a queen size sofa bed. The home is completed by 1 bathroom.

Beyond the sleeping quarters, guests can enjoy a variety of curated spaces and leisure activities:

• Lower-level game area equipped with a basketball arcade game, foosball table, board games, and a collection of books

For those arriving by water, the property is just 1.2 miles from Wayside Boat Landing. Additionally, a 20ft Bennington Pontoon is available for rent during the summer season (contact host for details).

• Please Note: Cell service in Holcombe is very limited, especially on weekends; however, great WiFi is provided for connectivity. While 8 standard orange life jackets are provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own specific sizes for children.
