A gas grill is provided. 🐶 Well-behaved pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Please keep pets off beds and upholstered furniture, clean up all pet waste, and do not leave excessive pet hair on furniture, bedding, or floors. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended, including in fenced areas. Ordinary pets may not be left unattended inside unless securely crated. Service and assistance animals are handled according to applicable law and the booking platform’s policy. 💩 Poop bags provided!

Other things of note: 🛜Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🧻🚽Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets - do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or even 'flushable' wipes as they will damage the septic system 👥No unregistered guests. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up two guests. Each additional guest beyond two will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 😴Checkout is strictly before 11 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply. 💲If breaking of rules or any amenities are taken that cause a refund for the next guest, you will be deemed responsible to pay for the missing items as well as the lost booking. 🙏You agree you are booking in goodwill with us, and will not attempt to damage A&B Properties' reputation because you are unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb, VRBO, or Guesty for something you are dissatisfied with about during your stay.
