Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests. Must be 25+ to reserve the home.

Parking: Please use designated parking areas. Do not block driveways or neighbors’ properties.

Respect the Property: Treat our home as you would your own. Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash in the designated bins. We may ask that you move bins to the top of the driveway if your stay corresponds with pickup days.

Use of Amenities: Enjoy all provided amenities responsibly. Supervise children at all times, especially around the hot tub, dock, and water areas.

No Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited on the property due to safety and noise concerns and Wisconsin law.

Safety: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Use caution when using the fireplace, grill, and other equipment.

Septic System: Our property uses a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Dispose of other items in the trash.

Departure: Before checking out, please strip any bed that was used, clean up the kitchen, place all used towels in the laundry area, and ensure all trash is disposed of properly.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 16 persons unless screened ahead of time. Please be upfront about the number of guests in your reservation. We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. With that said, feel free to invite friends and family to hang out, have dinner, or enjoy the amenities.

Late/Emergency Cancellations: Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will no longer entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) Airbnb business.... last minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

At the end of the TERM, guests leave house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon checkin please notify owner via airbnb immediately.
