- Pets: Dogs are allowed with a fee, provided breeds are approved before booking. For the safety and cleanliness of the home, pets must remain in cages/kennels while inside (a space with a cage for 2 dogs is provided in the laundry room). Please clean up after your pets. An additional $150 cleaning fee applies for excessive pet hair, and guests are responsible for any pet damage.
- Property Rules: No smoking or vaping on the property. No loud music. No unapproved overnight guests (a fee of $50 per person per night applies). Please clean dishes and remove trash upon checkout. No mail may be sent to this address via USPS.
