This spacious home is designed to accommodate your entire group with ease, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 11. The layout provides plenty of space for everyone to unwind, including two separate living areas. On the main level, you will find two bedrooms each featuring a king sized bed. The lower level includes a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a dedicated bunk room for the kids or additional guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. You can enjoy the fresh air on the spacious screened-in deck on the main level, or head down to the patio below to relax in the hammock. For those cozy evenings, the property includes a fire pit perfect for gathering under the stars. While the boat dock is not available for use, guests are welcome to beach or tie their boat to a tree and leave it overnight for convenience. There is also plenty of parking available for your boat or other toys.

Fairfield Bay is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering great golf and miles of ATV trails to explore. The home is conveniently located within a short driving distance of several local attractions: the Cool Pool and tennis courts are just 2.6 miles away, mini golf is 3 miles away, and both the Indian Hills Golf course (4.9 miles) and Mountain Ranch Golf course (5 miles) are nearby.
