Designed for families, the home features a spacious two-level layout. The upper level provides a serene area for relaxation, while the lower level offers a large basement and living room where children can enjoy their own space to play. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests.

Elroy's Place boasts a spacious open floor plan with cozy, rustic touches. The interior includes a warm and inviting living room with a fireplace for those chilly evenings and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar for preparing family meals. For added convenience, the cabin includes a washer and dryer. Outside, you can unwind on the porch with a cup of coffee or utilize the outdoor grill on the nice patio.

Summer guests can lounge at the beach, go swimming, paddleboarding, or kayaking, and visit with mini cows and goats. Winter transforms the property into a wonderland with the Miracle at Big Rock lighted trail, sleigh rides, ice fishing on the private trout-stocked lake, and access to the St. Croix Valley trails for snowshoeing and skiing. • Firewood: Available; used bundles will be deducted from the damage deposit at $6.99 per bundle.
• Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (less $100 fee) if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. No refund within 60 days. A 48-hour grace period for free cancellation is available if arrival is at least 7 days away.
