The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the first bedroom, and a second bedroom featuring two full beds and one twin bed, connected to the first via a common room with a desk. The third bedroom offers two full-size beds, while the fourth serves as a versatile bedroom and kids' play area equipped with a queen-size bed, a full-size bed, and two twin beds, complete with an oversized chair and ottoman. The north bathroom features a massive claw-foot soaking tub for ultimate relaxation, while the south bathroom provides a shower/tub combo with direct access to the outdoor porch.

• Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (less $100 fee) if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. No refund within 60 days. A 48-hour grace period for free cancellation applies if arrival is at least 7 days away.
