The living spaces include a formal area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed and a rear sunroom that serves as a perfect hangout spot with a large TV and expansive couch. Bedrooms are outfitted with new mattresses, linens, and built-in charging outlets at the side tables.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Mayfield House. The expansive deck is equipped with a recessed hot tub, a hammock, fans, and a large TV for game nights, along with a comfortable sectional and a covered relaxing swing. Guests also have access to a private dock, providing a prime spot to tie up a boat or watch the famous Natchitoches Christmas fireworks. For accessibility, the deck features a handicap ramp connecting to the side driveway, providing access to the rest of the house.
