✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
🛎️ Early Check-In: Early check-in is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If the home is ready early, the hour before check-in time is always free, and if you’d like to get in earlier, it’s $20/hr.
😴 Late Check-Out: Late check-out is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If it is available, it’s $50/hr.
🔥Ultimate S’mores Package: Includes Hershey's Chocolate, Ghiradelli Chocolate, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Marshmallows & Graham Crackers. $50

Guest also understands that attending a facility in the country may involve voluntary participation in physical activities both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to wildlife and walks, steps, paths, and roads that are uneven. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, Guest hereby acknowledge that participation and use of facilities and grounds are at Guest’s own risk, and that Guest assumes all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both Guest and any children who might accompany Guest. Guest understands that hot tubs are provided as one of the available activities and the proper use is required. This waiver applies to any and all activities, named and unnamed herein, which are voluntarily participated in by guests and family members & visitors of guests at the Property.
Guest understands that there are special risks involved in the use of a spa/hot tub. Guest is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using a hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the Landlord for accidents or injury arising from use of the hot tub.
Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence.
